Bike packing is a great way to get into the wilderness and have your own adventure. I enjoy theses trips as it allows me to promote a different side of mountain biking. I encourage riders to slow down, appreciate their surroundings, respect the places we travelled through in a sustainable manner – leaving only tyre tracks! If you do not have the kit or the confidence to have a go on your own then contact me for advice, go on a advertised trip or I am happy to come up with a trip that will meet your expectations.

Micro Adventure, over night bivvy trips - £50
Micro Adventures are a great way to try out bike packing leaving late afternoon and returning at lunch time the following day. The distances will not be great 15 miles a day, it is more about a new experience and getting comfortable with wild camping. All the kit is provided, all you will need is a bike and a sleeping bag that packs down quite small, I do have a spare bag if required. If you and some friends would like to go somewhere specific I will organise a trip to meet your needs.

The trips have 4 spaces on each and are a great way to introduce bike packing to kids / youths and have your own micro adventure. All the kit is provided, all you will need is a sleeping bag that packs down quite small, I do have a spare bag if required. The routes will most probably be in the Aviemore area but the exact details will depend on who is coming and from where, fitness and experience. I will pick them up and drop them off.
